宾士域公司Brunswick Corporation，由John Brunswick于1845年成立，总部位于美国伊利诺斯州的森林湖；主要包括船用柴油机、船艇、健身器材、保龄球及台球四大业务；全球最大的游艇制造商；

1845	前身——Cincinnati Carriage Making Company由John Brunswick在美国俄亥俄州西南部城市辛辛那提市创立；
1855	更名为J.M. Brunswick and Brothers Billiard Table Manufacturing；
1874	与台球桌制造商Julius Balke's Great Western Billiards Table Manufactory合并，成立The J. M. Brunswick and Balke Company；
1878	与另一竞争对手合并，成立Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company；
1912	在墨西哥、火奴鲁鲁、巴黎和加拿大分别设立销售点；
1925	在纽约股票交易所上市；
1960	The Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company更名为Brunswick Corporation，并采用新的Logo；
1993	搬迁到伊利诺斯州的森林湖，即现在的总部所在地；
2003	2003年至2006年，连续收购四大游艇部件和附件分销商Land N Sea，Benrock，Diversified Marine Products和Kellogg Marine Supply；
2007	出售Brunswick New Technologies业务给Navman Wireless Holdings ；
2014	收购Northern Ireland-based Whale and Midwest-based Bell Recreational Products Group，扩大船用配件业务，

1996年，由宾士域集团投资的中国第一家游艇俱乐部—水星游艇俱乐部，在苏州太湖湖落成，标志着宾士域集团正式挺近中国市场；此后，宾士域集团将旗下SeaRay、Meridian、Bayliner、Boston Whaler、Trophy、Harris等多个游艇行业领导品牌引入中国；2010年，宾士域游艇及发动机业务中国总部迁至苏州工业园区，专门从事游艇及发动机的销售和维护，标志着“宾士域中国”的成立；
